Order Help

This page provides information to assist you with using the Online Ordering System. This system allows you to select the books that you require, either as individual titles or as complete sets, and to add these to an order list. Once you have added all of the books you require, you can submit the order on line directly from the web site.

Adding a Book to Your Order
To add a book to your online order, simply click on the applicable Order Button button that is included within each title listing and also at the foot of each sample page.

Where the title contains a set of books, you can order the complete set or any of the individual titles within the set by clicking on the appropriate Order button.

Once you have clicked on the Order button, you will receive a confirmation that the title has been added to your order list. If the particular title is already in the order list, you will be advised accordingly. You then have the choice of reviewing your order contents, by clicking on the Review Order &/or Checkout button, or returning to the Curriculum list. The order list page shows the items that have been added to your order. Note that you can only add 1 book at a time to your order.

To add further books to your order, simply click on the Curriculum Index button to return to the Curriculum Index page for your sector.

Checking Your Order
To check your order, simply click on the Check Order button in the left hand margin. This will take you to the Order List page. Here you can view the items that are currently contained in your order.

Changing the Quantities of Books Ordered
The default order quantity is 1 for each book selected. To change the quantity of any item, enter the required number in the quantity box next to that item, and then click on the Update Order button. The quantity and total and cost of your order will then be updated and the Order List reloaded.

Deleting a Book from Your Order
To remove an item from your Order, enter 0 (zero) in the quantity box. You will need to click on the Update Order button to refresh the screen. The item will be deleted from your order list.

Confirming and Submitting Your Order
Before you submit your order, please check that all details of books ordered and quantities ordered are correct.

Once you are satisfied that all details are correct, click on the Go to Checkout button. This will take you to a screen where you fill in your order details, including school name and contact details. Please be sure to fill in all of the necessary fields. Several of the fields are mandatory, these are denoted by a red arrow symbol. You will also receive a popup warning message advising if you have left any mandatory fields blank.

To submit the order, click on the Submit Order button. Once the order has been successfully submitted you will receive an on screen acknowledgement of this, and a summary of your submitted order. You will also receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you nominated in the order confirming the details of the order.

Refund Policy
Don't forget our Thirty Day Right of Return Policy, where resources that do not meet your school's needs may be returned within 30 days at no cost. Please Note: Our Refund Policy does not apply to e-resources.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
The prices displayed on our catalogue pages, order form and in your confirmation email message are INCLUSIVE of GST.

Using the Search Facility
If you know the name of the book you are looking for, or wish to search based on key words, simply enter one or two key search words in the Search box and click on the Search button. You will receive a listing of titles that match your key words. Click on the link for the book by sector that you are interested in and this will take you to the synopsis of that particular title.

It is best to avoid words such as 'it', 'and', 'the', etc., as the Search facility interprets these literally and may return more titles than you require.

Book orders should be received by you within five to ten working days. If you have ordered an electronic resource you will receive an email with download instructions.
